Well, I was being very ambitious tonight…I tried to make you a video but I don’t think I’ll ever be able to post it. I recorded myself making this card and I just can’t bare to watch it. It took me over 45 minutes to complete this card, mostly because I couldn’t get that cord to look right and the card just looked so blah…I even had it planned out and everything. I had planned to use red and green Smarties, but wouldn’t you know it I only found 1 red and no greens in 2 boxes. What happened to the “When you eat your Smarties, do you eat the red ones last?” How can you, when you can’t find any? I also think the camera made me a little nervous. Anyway, here’s a picture of the card and the items I used to make it. Please leave me a comment to let me know if you like the card as is or what you think I should have done to make it look better.

Other: Real Red Stampin’ Write marker, Silver embossing powder, 1-3/4 circle punch, 1-3/8 circle punch, 1/8 hole punch, scalloped circle punch, silver cord and the sweet treat cups

I tihnk the card is cute, but I would agree with the colour choice of the Smarties. Around Christmas, they’ll have to the specific Christmas Smarties so they’ll be no shortage of red, green and white!
I’ll have to retry making this card once those smarties are out. I can’t wait!
